OUR ORIGINS

The HR Data Team was founded in 2024 because we saw that many organisations have large amounts of HR data at their disposal, but are unable to translate this into real impact. This is exactly where we come in.

Our motivation is clear: we make HR data practical, understandable, and usable—not as a tool provider, but as a process facilitator. We combine ambition with architecture, implementation and adoption. We also help organisations make meaningful use of the opportunities and understand the limitations of AI in the field of HR analytics.

This makes us one of the pioneers of HR analytics in Switzerland and has already earned us recognition beyond our national borders. Our approach is independent in its analysis, pragmatic in its implementation, and flexibly scalable thanks to our partner network.

Herbert Burri

Managing Director

Herbert combines HR and IT with many years of experience and is one of the pioneers of HR analytics in Switzerland.

 

He advises organisations on an equal footing on developing clear HR data strategies and choosing the right architecture. As a project manager, he manages challenging projects and ensures that the solutions are successfully implemented. Moreover, he is President of Swiss HR Analytics and actively contributes to the further development of the topic in Switzerland through his network.

LARA ENZLER

Senior Consultant

Lara uses her extensive HR experience and analytical thinking to make HR data analysis effective in practice.

She has many years of experience in various HR processes, business analysis, and project management. Her focus is on helping organisations strategically embed data work in HR and empower teams in a targeted manner. With her combination of broad expertise, clarity, and implementation strength, she ensures that data initiatives have an impact and are sustainable in everyday life.

It helps business leaders, CHROs, and HRBPs quickly find answers to their most important HR questions. As an official Visier partner, the HR Data Team supports the implementation of the suite and ensures that the solution is used in a practical manner and optimally embedded in the organisation.

Pentos

Pentos offers pre-build modeling for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, which facilitates visualisation in SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or Power BI. By working with Pentos, we enable SAP customers who do not have the opportunity to implement a people analytics suite to make rapid and tangible progress.

HR Campus

HR Campus is one of Switzerland's leading implementation partners for modern HR software solutions and the digitalisation of HR processes. For customers using SAP or Personio, HR Campus provides the expertise needed to reliably set up and optimise these sources. Together with HR Campus, we ensure that the data sources are accurate—so that reporting and analytics can be effective in the first place.

The HR Data Team has a strong network of specialised partner companies that are specifically involved depending on the project. These include, for example, S-Peers with their expertise in the build approach and the development of data models, and F-Top with their focus on empowering HR business partners.
